We currently ship to all areas of the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you will have 2 options:

1. First Class Package 

Shipped by the US Postal Service & the cheaper option.

2. UPS Ground

Shipped by the United Parcel Service. If timing is important, we recommend UPS Ground.

How long will shipping take?

We aim to process your order within 3 business days, however during busy periods this can take longer. Once processed your order will be ready to ship.

The shipping time is calculated by the carrier at checkout. This timeframe is the estimated time it will take for your package to be collected from us and delivered to your door by the carrier, and does not include processing time for your order.

What if I’m in a hurry?

If timing is important, we recommend selecting UPS Ground at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Freight networks are overloaded, and shipping is typically taking a few extra days to arrive (across all carriers). Please expect longer than the pre-calculated shipping time at checkout.

Keep an eye on your tracking details and contact the carrier for more details.

Pack & Leaf is 100% committed to your satisfaction. We strive to make the best and highest quality body care products for a healthier YOU and a healthier EARTH. Because we manufacture personal care products, we are unable to offer refunds on opened or used products. 

Please read all ingredients carefully before placing an order. Our ingredients are 100% natural, but your sensitivities and allergies are ultimately your responsibility.

We begin processing orders as soon as they are submitted. We do not accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been accepted and finalized by our e-store.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the actual item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

We are unable to refund or replace packages that show as "delivered" by the parcel carrier's tracking system. The customer must open a claim with the parcel carrier in the event of a non-receipt package that has been marked as delivered.

RETURNS

Opened items can be returned for an exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. If the item you are exchanging your purchase for is more than the price of the product you are returning, we will invoice you for the remainder due. Your item will not ship until your invoice is paid in full. All returns must have at least 50% of the product remaining or an exchange will be denied.

To process an opened item for an EXCHANGE email contact@packandleaf.com with the following information. ALL details are required for an exchange to be processed.

If you would like a pre-paid return label emailed, please let us know. If you use a pre-paid return label provided by Pack & Leaf, we will add the cost of the return shipping label to your invoice.Your item will not ship until your invoice is paid in full.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discontinued items or gift cards.

REFUNDS - Unopened items only

Unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

To process an unopened item for a REFUND email contact@packandleaf.com with the following information. ALL details are required for a return to be processed.

If you would like a pre-paid return label emailed, please let us know. If you use a pre-paid return label provided by Pack & Leaf, we will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your refund.

Once your return has been received, we will notify you by email. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Note: this is only for un-opened items. Opened items are not eligible for a full refund, only exchange.

Shipping charges are not refundable.
