What are the ingredients you need?

There are only 3 ingredients you need. Apple cider vinegar, water and Bentonite Clay.

Bentonite Clay for armpit detox is an effective healing ingredient on your skin and is sometimes used in creams to treat diaper rash. It is also know to absorb “negatively charged toxins”*

How can I detox my armpits?

Detox your armpits using apple cider vinegar and bentonite clay. Mix a suggested amount of 1 tablespoon of each of the bentonite clay and apple cider vinegar. Then add in some water to dilute the vinegar. The thickness of the mixture should be as that of yogurt.  When ready, spread the mixture evenly under each armpit. Leave them on for about 20 minutes then wash with warm water.

Reddening of the skin after use of armpit detox is not something to worry about as it is natural and harmless. However, if there are any other reactions to the clay, wash off immediately. 

Detoxifying armpits can take about 2 to 4 weeks so it is recommended to apply regularly for that long or until there’s no odor on the armpits.
